Good food. Proper recipes. Occasionally questionable quantities of wine.
When I’m not managing live events, designing technical productions or staring at CAD drawings, there’s a good chance you’ll find me in the kitchen.
I enjoy experimenting, whether that’s slow-cooking beef overnight, smoking fish, or spending far too long perfecting fried onions. I’m as interested in why a technique works as I am in what ends up on the plate.
Our Kitchen is a collection of things I’ve actually cooked: the successes, experiments, occasional disasters and little discoveries that make the difference. Proper recipes, useful measurements and practical instructions, without an essay before you can start cooking.

I’m working through the collection and getting the photographs and methods ready to share. The recipe index will fill up as I publish each one.
